Description & RequirementsWho we are looking forAs QA Lead, you’ll own the quality operating model across multiple squads. You will set strategy, metrics, and cadences that make predictable releases, rare defects, and exceptional rollbacks—while coaching QAs/AQAs and partnering with product, delivery, and engineering team.Required Skills & Experience:7+ years in QA/Quality Engineering, incl. 2+ years in a lead role across multi-squad programsProven record establishing quality strategies and delivering results at scale Deep experience with UI/API automation (Playwright/Cypress + REST/GraphQL) and CI/CD gatingStrong grounding in test design, risk-based coverage, and release managementExcellent communication, stakeholder management, and conflict resolution under time pressureNice to Have:Contract testing (Pact), performance (k6/Gatling), experience in accessibility testing (WCAG/axe) Incident management & post-mortems; SRE collaboration on error budgets and quality SLOs Sports/media/live events or other peak-traffic domains Your future roleDefine the quality strategy: standards, checklists, risk models, and the test pyramid across teams Set measurable goals: defect escape, change fail rate, SLOs, TTD/TTR, automation ROIOrchestrate release readiness: environments, data, smoke/sanity, rollback plans, hypercare playbooks Scale automation: shared frameworks, coverage targets, CI gates, and flake management Drive observability for QE: logs/metrics/traces wired into test & prod; accelerate triage/RCA Coach & grow people: mentor QAs/AQAs, run guilds/chapters, hire, and elevate quality cultureStakeholder alignment: provide clear, decision-ready reporting; escalate risks earlyWhat we offerWorking across multiple geographies and clientsB2B contractAccess to new technologiesPersonal development trainingWellbeing initiativesInternal career development programSelection processWhat you only must do is to take the first step – press the apply button and send us your CV, go through all the stages of the recruitment process: Apply, followed by HR screeningTechnical interview with our managersThen, last thing to do will be to sign a contract with us.
