Job Title: QA Operations SpecialistLocation: ArklowDepartment: QA OperationsReports to: QA Operations ManagerAbout the Role:We are seeking a highly motivated and experienced QA Operations Specialist to join our clients dynamic team. Reporting to the QA Operations Manager, you will be responsible for carrying out a variety of key tasks in an autonomous and timely manner, meeting all targets and deadlines while maintaining strong working relationships with your team and other departments. You will play a vital role in ensuring the highest standards of quality assurance in oral solid dose production and contribute to the continuous improvement of quality systems.Key Responsibilities:Review batch manufacturing documentation related to oral solid dose production.Prepare documentation for Qualified Person (QP) release in a timely manner.Investigate deviations and close them out, working closely with other departments.Identify and implement corrective and preventative actions (CAPA).Lead and participate in relevant Quality Risk Management Assessments.Participate in internal and external audits as needed.Contribute to the continuous improvement of quality systems and processes.Provide QA support to various departments across the organization.Position Requirements:Essential:A degree in Chemistry, Analytical Science, Pharmaceutical Science, Forensic Science, or a related field.Strong IT skills and proficiency in relevant software.Exceptional attention to detail with a focus on accuracy.Proactive, self-motivated, and disciplined approach to work.Excellent communication skills, with the ability to collaborate effectively across teams.A strong, positive attitude and a commitment to upholding high standards of quality assurance.If you're a quality-driven professional with a strong understanding of cGMP, compliance systems, and processes, we would love to hear from you!How to Apply:Please submit your CV via link.This job offers a fantastic opportunity to make a significant impact on the quality systems within the organisation and work in a dynamic, collaborative environment
