We are more than just an oil and gas company -- Petro-Hunt actively purchases minerals and royalties, owns and operates a gas processing facility, is part owner of an oil refinery, actively invests in real estate development, and operates a private equity alternative investment division.Job Description, QA/QC InspectorResponsible for the LKGP Mechanical Integrity Program, inspections, tracking and verification of Petro-Hunt work order system. Manage the required NDE program (Non-Destructive Examinations). Working with Operations, Mechanics and other support crafts to verify all required repairs are correctly completed and documented including the MOC process. The inspector should also maintain all certifications required by state and federal agencies.Brief Description of our FacilityAt the Little Knife Gas Plant we gather gas from oil production units, compress it, strip it of Hydrogen Sulfide, dehydrate it, chill it to -85 degrees through refrigeration and cryogenics, separate the gas from the liquids and then fractionate the liquids to make propane, butane and NGLs. Natural gas is sold via pipeline and liquids are transported out.Duties Include The management of the Mechanical Integrity Program.```{=html}``` Management of the Work Order System.```{=html}``` Management of the Non-Destructive Examinations.```{=html}``` Visual inspection and verification of all repairs.```{=html}``` Maintain and manage all records that are required by State and Federal law.```{=html}``` Visual inspection of all new builds or modifications and track with the appropriate documentation.```{=html}``` Work closely with LKPH management.```{=html}``` Schedule required maintenance and outages.```{=html}``` Manage and oversee contractors in performance of modifications or repairs.```{=html}``` Assist on major shut down and repair projects.```{=html}``` Follow plant safety programs such as Lockout / Tag out, safe handling of chemicals (Right-To-Know), spill plan and other Safety Programs```{=html}``` Wear a 30-minute self-contained breathing apparatus in any hazardous vapor environment or for emergency rescue.```{=html}``` Must be able to lift and carry a minimum of 75 pounds.```{=html}``` Be willing to work in a team atmosphere.```{=html}``` Be willing to work unscheduled hours if required. (Including call outs).```{=html}``` Must be able take and follow directions/plans as set by our management team.Job Position and some RequirementsMust be willing and capable of working callouts, unusual workhours, in and around hydrogen sulfide, sweet gas, LPG equipment and in all kinds of weather conditions.
