Job SummaryQuality Analyst – Automotive, Torrance, CA - Onsite Responsible for evaluating and ensuring the quality, performance, and functionality of Automotive Digital Sales platform. Collaborate with cross-functional teams (developers, designers, product managers) to create, execute, and maintain manual and automated test scripts. Review business requirements, system documentation, and project assets to develop robust test strategies, plans, cases, and reports. Lead and assist team members in application testing activities and test case development. Promote and drive adoption of QA best practices, test methodologies, and continuous testing frameworks. Prepare, consolidate, and report QA deliverables, including defect tracking, test execution results, and test coverage metrics. Participate in reviews (test cases, user stories, requirements), risk assessments, sprint reviews, backlog grooming, and retrospectives. Prepare test data and ensure readiness of test environments. Work with performance and automation testing teams to identify scenarios and create targeted test cases. Define and track quality assurance metrics; collect, analyze, and integrate process data for continuous improvement. Document and assist with problem resolution; provide quality process training and consult with technical staff. Conduct quality audits to ensure compliance with standards and procedures. Utilize tools like Jira, Zephyr, Selenium, Appium, Postman, BrowserStack, SQL, and others for test management and automation. Work in Agile, Waterfall, and hybrid environments; multitask across multiple projects. Report testing results and promote ongoing process improvement to management and stakeholders.Key Project Fleet Order Management System ProjectSuccess Criteria 5+ years’ QA experience in digital/web/cloud environments Strong technical background and experience with complex data and integrations Proficiency in QA documentation, testing tools, and automation frameworks Skilled in SQL, technical writing, and quality metrics analysis Ability to self-direct, multitask, and communicate effectively Preferred: Automotive industry background, OEM-dealer ecosystem understanding
