Prime Responsibilities o Overall control, supervision and implementation of Contract quality and technical requirements; resolution of quality problems; preparation and maintenance of Contract quality recordso Development, preparation, implementation and monitoring of all Contract Specific Procedures and Work Instructionso Review and Monitor Supplier’s Quality Systems and quality performance.o Review and approval of Supplier Quality Control plan (QCP / ITP) , Welding Procedure , NDT procedure and other testing procedureo Reporting Quality activities of projectso Ensure availability of appropriate version of applicable work documents such as Drawings, Specifications , Standards.& project specific documentsShared cross-functionallyo To perform inspection at vendor's/ sub-vendor's works as per ITP/ QCP and other contract documents.o Liaison with the Client on matters related to Quality.o Auditing - internal and external, and follow up of Corrective Actions.o Provide feedback to PQM on the quality issues Key competencies – Functional Need to have § Should have relevant Inspection experience in various static, rotary and piping items used in oil and gas projects in India or abroad§ Should be a qualified Lead Auditor or Internal Auditor§ Should possess valid ASNT Level III or II certificate in NDT (i.e. RT, UT, PT and MPT)Nice to have § Should be familiar with international codes and standards used in Oil and gas industries§ Should have experience in Quality Management in project covering EPC phases§ Should have exposure of various metallic , non-metallic and exotic material
