QA/QC Telecom Inspector

Job Description :The Telecom professional will be responsible for overseeing, implementing, and validating all telecommunications systems associated with the Master Gas Project. This role ensures that telecom systems (voice, data, radio, fiber optic, CCTV, SCADA, and related communication infrastructure) are designed, installed, tested, and commissioned in compliance with project specifications, international codes, and client standards (e.g., Saudi Aramco/Marafiq guidelines).Experience : 4 - 8 yearsSalary : SAR 7,500 - 7,500/monthLocation : Al Khobar, Saudi ArabiaKey Responsibilities :Drive end-to-end management of telecom installation, testing, and commissioning activities.Ensure compliance with ARAMCO/International Telecom Standards and project specifications.Review and approve technical documents including IFC drawings, method statements, and material submittals.Coordinate with EPC contractors, vendors, and stakeholders for seamless integration of telecom systems.Monitor implementation of telecom systems such as:Fiber Optic Cabling (OSP & ISP)Telephone & LAN NetworksCCTV / Security SystemsRadio Systems (UHF/VHF, TETRA)Public Address & General Alarm (PAGA) SystemsAccess Control SystemsSCADA & Telemetry SystemsConduct inspections, FAT (Factory Acceptance Test), and SAT (Site Acceptance Test).Provide technical clarifications and resolve telecom-related issues during execution.Ensure project deliverables are achieved on schedule, within budget, and aligned with quality standards.Interface with other disciplines (Mechanical, Electrical, Instrumentation) to ensure system integration.Support project documentation, punch-list clearance, and final handover activities.Mandatory Requirements :Bachelor’s Degree in Telecommunications / Electronics / Electrical Engineering or equivalent.Minimum 04–08 years of telecom experience, preferably in Oil & Gas / Petrochemical / Utility Projects.Proven expertise in Saudi Aramco projects or other mega gas pipeline/plant telecom infrastructures.Strong knowledge of industry codes and standards (IEC, IEEE, TIA/EIA, NFPA, NEC).Hands-on experience in telecom system installation, inspection, and commissioning.Proficiency in project documentation, report preparation, and quality management.Excellent stakeholder coordination and communication skills.Preferred Skills : ARAMCO Telecom SAP Number / CBT approval.Familiarity with Master Gas System (MGS) project scope.Strong analytical, problem-solving, and leadership capabilities.Ability to manage multiple telecom subcontracts and vendors simultaneously.
