Our dynamic remote work environment fosters collaboration and creativity, allowing our team to deliver cutting-edge projects that enhance user experiences and drive efficiency across various sectors.Job Responsibilities:- Develop and execute manual and automated test cases using Cypress to ensure high-quality software delivery- Collaborate with cross-functional teams to understand project requirements and design effective testing strategies- Identify, document, and track defects and inconsistencies in the software using version control systems- Perform thorough debugging and analysis of issues to provide quick resolutions- Participate in agile development methodologies, including sprint planning, daily stand-ups, and retrospectives- Contribute to the continuous improvement of the QA processes and methodologies within the team- Mentor junior QA team members and provide training on testing best practices as neededRequired Qualifications:- 3+ years of experience in QA with a focus on manual and automation testing- Proficient in using Cypress for test automation- Strong understanding of JavaScript and debugging techniques- Familiarity with version control tools such as Git or similar- Excellent English proficiency at an upper-intermediate to fluent level- Bachelor’s degree in Computer Science, Engineering, or a related field; Master’s degree or higher preferredPreferred Qualifications:- Experience in working within an Agile development environment- Knowledge of other automation tools and frameworks- Familiarity with performance testing and quality assurance best practices- Previous experience in mentoring or leading QA initiatives
