Join Santen’s EMEA Quality Department as an SAP Quality Intern and help us ensure our systems and processes meet the highest standards for patient safety and compliance.ResponsibilitiesSupport quality assurance activities for the SAP S/4HANA Quality Management (QM) module.Test SAP change requests and verify customer and product master data.Monitor SAP processes and contribute to continuous improvement.Help create clear, user-friendly training materials (SOPs, work instructions, videos) for SAP QM users.Collaborate with international teams and gain hands-on experience in a regulated, multicultural environment.QualificationsEducation:Pursuing a diploma for Data Science, Data Engineering, Computer Science or life-science programsCompetenciesAbility to understand and communicate well in English (verbal/written); knowledge of other European languages is a plus.Strong oral and written communication skillsProficiency in Microsoft Office, especially PowerPointStrong execution skills and ability to meet deadlines consistentlyEagerness to learn and grow quicklyAbility to collaborate effectively with diverse teamsAdditional InformationThe following documents are required for us to continue with your application:CV and cover-letter outlining your qualifications and interest in the internship.You must have a valid EU passport or a work permit that allows you to do an internship in the Netherlands.
