QA & Support Specialist

Job Description

We’re growing the Klang team and looking for someone who’s structured, curious, and cares about the details.This is a combined role focused on quality assurance and customer support. In this role, you’ll help us make sure Klang runs smoothly for every user. You’ll test new features, support our customers, and spot issues before they go live.Klang is a privacy-first AI notetaking tool, used in sectors where trust and compliance matter—like social work, education, and legal. Our users work on complex, important conversations.
