In this role, you will be responsible for ensuring the quality, reliability, and performance of our SaaS platform across BraveGenCarbon, Utility, and CSR. You will collaborate closely with developers, product managers, and UI/UX designers to design and execute effective test strategies, build automated testing frameworks, and embed quality throughoutthe software development lifecycle.Key ResponsibilitiesReview and analyse feature specifications and platform requirements.Collaborate with engineering teams to develop effective test strategies and plans.Design, implement, and execute test cases (manual and automated) and analyse results.Evaluate product code, understand system logic, and identify potential failure points.Document and log defects with clear reproduction steps and collaborate with developers to resolve issues.Conduct regression, performance, and post-release testing to ensure stability and accuracy.Work across cross-functional teams to embed QA practices throughout the agile development lifecycle.Champion quality by continuously improving processes, automation coverage, and test practices.The Ideal Candidate Will Possess:5+ years of experience as a Quality Assurance Tester, Senior Tester, or similar role.Strong working knowledge of QA methodology, test design techniques, and defect tracking.Familiarity with Agile frameworks and continuous delivery environments (CI/CD Pipeline).Experience with test automation frameworks and scripting (e.g. Selenium, Cypress, Playwright), API Testing.Proficiency in scripting languages (JavaScript, Python, Java)Working knowledge of agile management software (e.g. Jira, Confluence).Ability to document, communicate, and troubleshoot issues effectively.Excellent analytical and problem-solving skills, with high attention to detail.Strong organizational skills and ability to prioritise in a fast-paced environment.Excellent verbal and written communication skills.BSc/BA in Computer Science, Engineering, or related field.Preferred:Experience in project coordination.Exposure to cloud-based applications and APIs.Familiarity with performance/load testing tools.What We Offer Health Insurance: The Allianz Bronze plan is a supplemental private health insurance program designed to provide enhanced care in addition to the national healthcare system in Vietnam. The employee will receive 100% of the salary during this period, and Social Security will be responsible for this pay.Maternity leave: Pregnant employees who have contributed to social security for at least 3 months are entitled to 6 months of paid leave. 2 weeks of leave can be taken before the child's birth.
