该职位来源于猎聘 岗位目标: 聚焦满足OE客户的需求,以IATF16949、VDA等质量体系为准则,为公司各部门及OE客户提供轮胎产品生命周期不同阶段的质量技术支持与服务;推动我司产品质量和服务的持续改进。Focusing on meeting OE customer requirement, guided by quality system like IATF 16949 and VDA, providing quality technical support and services to various departments of the company and OE customers at different stages of the tire product life cycle, while driving continuous improvement in our product quality and services. 负责重大客户抱怨的分析风险评估,根本原因的识别,协调集团资源制订和跟踪改善计划的的执行,遏制风险以保护客户和公司利益。Responsible for analyzing and assessing risks of major customer complaints, identifying root causes, coordinating group resources to develop and track the implementation of improvement plans, and containing risks to protect the interests of customers and the company. 为了提升公司产品开发及改善能力,通过分析售后故障胎数据,明确产品主要故障点、各工厂产品品质差异、品质变化趋势等信息,为产品研发、改善及工艺过程纠正、优化提供数据支持。To enhance the company's product development and improvement capabilities, analysis of after-sales defective tire data is conducted to identify key product failure points, quality variations across manufacturing plants, and quality trends, thereby providing data-driven support for product R&D, enhancement, and process correction and optimization. 岗位职责: 负责合同评审之品保中心模块,识别顾客特殊要求并参与产品先期质量策划流程保证质量要求和产品规划的质量目标的符合性Responsible for the QAC module in contract reviews, identifying customer-specific requirements, and participating in APQP processes to ensure compliance with quality requirements and achieve the quality objectives outlined in product planning. 管理OE客户变更的内外部批准流程,评估和控制变更可能的质量风险Manages internal and external approval processes for OE customer changes, evaluates and controls potential quality risks associated with changes 根据技术服务信息和市场反馈,识别对公司和顾客利益造成损失的重大风险,制订围堵措施Based on technical service information and market feedback, identifies significant risks that may cause losses to both the company and customers, and formulates containment measures. 指导和监督团队成员对客户抱怨的调查及客户端信息收集、内部质量的调查分析、后续改善措施的跟踪与验证、改善信息的集团分享Guides and supervises team members in investigating customer complaints, collecting end-user data, analyzing internal quality issues, tracking and verifying subsequent improvement measures, and sharing improvement information across the group. 协调集团资源,通过大数据分析。试验和故障胎解剖等技术手段,确定问题根本原因,制订相关改善措施,并跟踪和监督改善措施的落实Coordinates group resources to determine root causes of issues through technical methods such as big data analysis, testing, and defective tire dissection, while formulating corresponding improvement measures and tracking/monitoring their implementation. 负责故障胎复检,保证理赔政策的准确执行,评价技术服务工程师业绩。 完成故障分析报告,用统计的手段识别质量趋势,发现改善机会并协调集团资源落实改善措施,跟踪改善效果;识别质量预警,识别高理赔客户以帮助销售及时采取相应措施Responsible for re-inspecting claimed tires to ensure accurate implementation of claim policies and evaluating the performance of technical service engineers. Prepares failure analysis reports, identifies quality trends through statistical methods, identifies improvement opportunities, coordinates group resources to implement improvement measures, and tracks effectiveness. Identifies quality early warnings and high-claim customers to assist sales in taking timely actions. 负责客户特别质量体系的实施(如长安QCA,福特Q1等)Responsible for implementation of customer special quality system (such as Changan QCA, Ford Q1, etc.) 接待客户审核,客户发现整改措施的制定及相应沟通Receive customer audits, formulate correction measures of audit findings and communicate accordingly 负责零公里等客户指标的监控,以及超标时的内部反映机制,制定集团年度客户指标Monitors customer indicators such as 0KM, manages internal escalation mechanisms for exceedances, and formulates group annual customer indicators. 在日常工作项目中对下属进行指导、培养,以提升下属专业能力,为集团培育人才。Provides guidance and talent development to subordinates through daily work projects to enhance their professional capabilities and cultivate talent for the group.任职要求: 10年以上轮胎行业工作经验,10年以上的轮胎品质、技术或市场技术支持经验;above 10 years of working experience in tire industry and 10 years of tire quality or technical management experience; 优秀的英语能力;fluent English; 具有3年以上的轮胎行业管理相关工作经验;具备组织、计划、实施复杂工作任务能力。Over 3 years’ experience at senior management level (tire industry mandatory). Ability to plan, organize and implement multiple tasks. 具有良好的计划、判断、沟通、问题分析解决、应变、抗压、团队建设等能力。Possess a good capability of planning, judging, communicating, problem-solving, pressure resistance as well as team-working.
