QAQC Engineer - Mechanical

We are Hiring !!!QAQC Engineer - MechanicalJob PurposeResponsible for ensuring that all mechanical works (HVAC, Plumbing, Firefighting, LPG, etc.) are executed in compliance with project specifications, international standards, and quality requirements.Acts as the focal point for quality assurance and quality control activities for mechanical works on site.Key ResponsibilitiesReview project specifications, drawings, and applicable standards to ensure compliances.Prepare and implement project-specific Quality Control Plans (QCP), Inspection Test Plans (ITP), and Method Statements for mechanical work's.Conduct inspections for installation, testing, and commissioning of mechanical systems (HVAC, Firefighting, Plumbing, LPG, etc.).Coordinate with consultants, clients, and third-party inspectors for inspections and approval's.Monitor site activities to ensure adherence to quality requirements and report non-conformances (NCRs).Verify materials and equipment delivered to site meet approved material submittal's.Maintain QA/QC documentation including inspection reports, checklists, calibration certificates, and test records.Follow up and close non-conformances, preventive and corrective action's.Support project handover by preparing final QA/QC dossiers and as-built documentations.Ensure compliance with HSE regulations during inspections.Qualifications & SkillsBachelors Degree in Mechanical Engineering.Minimum 8-10years of QA/QC experience in MEP projects (UAE/GCC experience preferred).Strong knowledge of international standards (ASHRAE, NFPA, SMACNA, IPC, etc.).Familiar with ISO 9001 Quality Management Systems.Strong communication and coordination skills with consultants and client's.Ability to prepare QA/QC documentation and reports independently.Proficiency in MS Office; knowledge of AutoCAD is an advantage.
