Rental Sales Agent

Job Summary:You will play a crucial role in providing excellent customer service, promoting rental car services, and learning the fundamentals of the sales process. This position is ideal for individuals with a passion for customer interaction, a positive attitude, and a willingness to develop sales skills in the dynamic car rental industry.Key Responsibilities:Greet and assist customers in a friendly and professional manner.Answer inquiries about rental services, pricing, and vehicle options.Provide basic information on terms, conditions, and rental procedures.Assist in the rental reservation process by inputting customer information accurately.Learn and apply effective sales techniques to convert inquiries into reservations.Collaborate with experienced Rental Sales Agents to understand customer needs.Acquire knowledge of the rental fleet, features, and available options.Provide customers with information on additional products and services.Stay updated on promotions, discounts, and company policies.Assist in completing rental agreements and related documentation.Learn and follow established procedures for efficient service delivery.Collaborate with colleagues to ensure a smooth rental process.Communicate effectively with team members and other departments.Work collaboratively with experienced agents to gain insights and skills.Contribute to a positive and supportive team environment.Qualifications and Requirements:High school diploma or equivalent; additional education is a plus.Strong interpersonal and communication skills.Can communicate in English. Arabic and other language is a plus.Enthusiastic attitude and willingness to learn.Basic computer skills and familiarity with office software.Customer service-oriented mindset.Ability to work in a fast-paced and dynamic environment.Interest in the automotive or rental industry.Valid UAE driver's license or the ability to obtain one.Please note that only shortlisted candidates will be contacted.
