Business Development Manager – Technology SalesLocation: DubaiWe’re working with a growing technology company based in Dubai that’s looking to hire a Business Development Manager to manage both new and existing client relationships across the UAE. This is a key commercial role for a fast-paced tech environment where relationship-building and consultative sales are front and centre.You’ll be responsible for identifying new revenue opportunities, maintaining high-value accounts, and helping shape the commercial growth strategy in the region. It’s a full 360 role and suits someone who enjoys both hunting for new clients and growing long-term partnerships.What you’ll be doing • Managing a portfolio of existing clients across the UAE and wider GCC • Developing new business opportunities with corporates and enterprise clients • Leading the full sales cycle from prospecting through to close • Building strong relationships with internal teams to ensure delivery • Staying close to the market to identify emerging trends and opportunities • Accurately managing pipeline and reporting using internal CRM tools • Representing the company at meetings, events, and client presentationsWhat we’re looking for • B2B sales experience • Proven track record of winning new business and growing accounts • Strong communicator with the ability to influence at senior level • Self-starter who’s commercially minded, target-driven and client-focused • Experience selling in the UAE market is highly preferred • Fluent English is a mustIf you’re interested in a high-growth sales environment with real autonomy, and have the experience to match, we’d love to hear from you.
