It aims to provide visitors with a welcoming, informative and unique experience that honours the legacy of Sheikh Zayed and his lifelong commitment to preserving the rich culture and heritage of the UAE and its people.Job PurposeThe role of the Partnership & Development Specialist is support in the development and implementation of partnership, fundraising and sponsorship programmes and initiatives.ResponsibilitiesAssisting department leaders in developing sponsorship & fundraising plans.Implement partnership, fundraising and sponsorship campaigns and events.Support the Identification of prospects through research and sequencing requests to maximise opportunities.Nurture and maintain relations with key partners, members, the Board of Directors and other external stakeholders.Input to the development and implementation of effective stewardship activities.Support the implementation of partner cultivation activities and high-level events.Support the production of major proposals and campaign reports.Support the department with internal stakeholders during plans implementation internallyRequired ExperienceMinimum of 1 -2 years of experience with selling, meeting, events planning.Experience of direct face-to-face customer service and handling customer complaints.Proven organisational and communication skills.Fluency in Arabic and English.Required QualificationsMinimum of Bachelor degree in museum studies, history of art, business or marketing.
