The ideal candidate will have extensive experience in inspection activities related to welding, piping, and structural works, ensuring compliance with ARAMCO standards, project specifications, and international codes.Key Responsibilities: Conduct inspection and verification of welding, piping, and structural fabrication and erection activities. Review WPS, PQR, and Welder Qualification Records for compliance with project and ARAMCO standards. Monitor fit-up, welding parameters, preheat, PWHT, NDT, and dimensional checks. Perform material verification, traceability, and ensure proper documentation in line with QA/QC procedures. Review and approve ITPs, Method Statements, WPS, and Inspection Reports. Coordinate with the Client, Construction, and NDT teams for inspection activities and approvals. Prepare and maintain daily inspection reports, NCRs, and quality records. Ensure all inspection activities align with ARAMCO requirements, ASME, AWS, API, and related codes. Support final inspection, punch listing, and project handover documentation.Requirements ARAMCO Approved Inspector with valid SAP ID (mandatory). Diploma or Degree in Mechanical Engineering or equivalent. Should have CSWIP 3.1 certificate. Minimum 5–8 years of experience in QA/QC inspection within oil & gas or petrochemical projects. Strong working knowledge of ASME Section IX, API 650/1104, AWS D1.1, and relevant international standards. Proficient in reviewing welding maps, NDT reports, and test packages. Excellent reporting and communication skills. AWS-CWI / BGAS / NACE (any relevant certification preferred). ISO 9001:2015 QMS Awareness (added advantage).
