QC Reviewer (SEDEX, BSCI, SLCP, RBA)

With operations across five continents, we offer the opportunity to engage in high-impact global processes and contribute to a more sustainable and transparent industry.We are seeking a highly committed and detail-oriented professional to join our Operations team as a QC Reviewer. This full-time position (remote or hybrid, depending on current location) plays a key role in ensuring the quality and accuracy of operational deliverables while meeting client, scheme, and internal requirements.💼 Main Responsibilities: • Perform QC activities according to client, scheme, and internal requirements. • Provide training on assigned clients/schemes/standards in coordination with key account and scheme managers. • Participate in local scheme or client calibration meetings and trainings as approved. • Support the implementation and monitoring of the QC program. • Perform other duties as assigned by Operations or Technical teams.🌱 Expectations: • All QC activities are executed by qualified personnel according to the applicable Code of Conduct (CoC). • QC programs are effectively implemented. • Quarterly QC indicator reports are accurate and supported.🎓 Qualifications: • As required by the applicable CoC and scheme. • Excellent coordination and organizational skills. • Strong analytical and critical thinking abilities. • Confidentiality and proper information management. • Effective interpersonal and communication skills. • Collaboration and teamwork mindset. • Proficiency in English.📍 Location: Indonesia (or remote, depending on authorization and current location).📩 Interested?
