Minimum 3–5 years of experience in QC within ink, paint, coatings, or chemical manufacturing. Familiarity with analytical instruments (e.g., viscometer, spectrophotometer, pH meter). Knowledge of ISO standards and regulatory requirements relevant to ink production. Excellent leadership, communication, and problem-solving skills.
