Skilled in using Jira for tracking tasks, sprint planning, and reporting. Solid understanding of business and technical processes, with hands-on experience in process design, optimization, and documentation. Excellent communication and organizational skills to enable smooth collaboration between product, development, and QA teams. Qualifications and Education Requirements: Bachelor’s degree in Computer Science, Information Technology, Software Engineering, or a related field. Teamwork and collaboration – working effectively with colleagues and departments. Effective communication – conveying ideas clearly to clients and team members.
