The HRBP will be instrumental in fostering a positive and productive work environment, promoting employee engagement, and ensuring compliance with Croatian labor laws. We are not looking for a senior role but for an Entry Level/Junior Person who is eager to break through route to business partnering and who wants to grow and learn with us. Primary ResponsibilitiesHR Partnership: Collaborate closely with business leaders and managers to understand their strategic priorities and translate them into actionable HR initiatives working closely with the HR Manager.
Participate in business and workforce planning activities to ensure the availability of appropriate talent to meet current and future needs. Support the entire employee lifecycle, from onboarding through to exit. Facilitate performance review processes, providing guidance on goal setting, feedback, and development plans. Contribute to succession planning and talent retention strategies. Act as a trusted advisor and primary point of contact for employees and managers on HR policies, procedures, and employee relations issues. Conduct thorough and objective investigations into employee grievances and disciplinary matters, ensuring fair and consistent application of company policies and legal compliance.
Promote a positive and inclusive workplace culture, mediating conflicts and fostering effective communication. HR Operations, Administration & Compliance: Support the HR Manager to ensure compliance with all relevant Croatian labor laws, regulations, and company policies. Contribute to the continuous improvement of HR processes and policies. Manage HR operations activities, including maintaining accurate employee records and HR data. Support the HR Manager in all the administrative responsibilities. Assist the HR Manager in utilizing HR data and analytics to identify trends, inform decision-making, and recommend improvements in HR strategies. Assist in organizing team building activities. Assist with onboarding shipments for new joiners.
Secondary ResponsibilitiesMaintain quality service and departmental standards by: Reading, understanding, and adhering to organizational standard operating procedures (SOPs)Assisting in establishing and enforcing departmental standardsContribute to team effort by: Working with internal staff to resolve issuesExploring new opportunities to add value to organization and departmental processesHelping others to achieve resultsPerforming other duties as assignedMaintain technical and industry knowledge by: Attending and participating in applicable self/company-sponsored trainingQualificationsEducation: Masterās degree in Psychology, Human Resources, Business Administration, Communications, or a related field. , talent acquisition, employee relations, performance management). Proven ability to support HR initiatives and collaborate effectively with HR Managers and business stakeholders. Familiarity with HR data analysis and proficiency in HRIS platforms. Additional Skills: Strong communication skills (written and verbal) and a professional, detail-oriented approach.
