Visa Independent Consultants (US Citizen or Green Card) Bachelor’s degree in Graphic Design, Interaction Design, or a related discipline Demonstrated experience in a UI Design role or similar capacity Strong portfolio highlighting interface designs across various platforms (web, mobile, desktop) Proficient with design tools like Sketch, Figma, Adobe Creative Suite, and prototyping software such as InVision or Marvel Good grasp of UX principles and the ability to translate user needs into functional UI solutions Clear and effective communication and collaboration skills Exceptional attention to visual detail and design aesthetics Role SummaryWe are looking for a creative UI Designer to design seamless, engaging, and visually compelling user interfaces.

You will partner with UX designers, product managers, and developers to transform ideas and user needs into intuitive digital experiences. Your work will directly impact user engagement and satisfaction.

Primary ResponsibilitiesDesign responsive and visually appealing interfaces for web, desktop, and mobile applications Create design deliverables such as wireframes, storyboards, process flows, and user flows Develop high-fidelity prototypes and visual mockups to test and communicate design concepts Collaborate with UX teams to integrate user insights into design decisions Work hand-in-hand with developers to ensure pixel-perfect implementation of designs Conduct usability tests and iterate based on user behavior and feedback Keep current with industry design trends, tools, and best practices Uphold visual consistency and ensure all designs align with established branding guidelines
