Join our dynamic and forward-thinking team!We are looking for an Administrative Assistant to Join our leading global company and be part of our dynamic Finance Department Petah Tikva!ResponsibilitiesProvide phone and email support to clients and suppliers, including sending emails and locating invoicesProcess supplier payments and track their completio. Upload customer invoices to client portals and follow up to ensure they are processed in the system. Monitor outstanding customer debts and payments.

Experience handling invoices and working with financial processes.
