The role supports the implementation and monitoring of quality management systems across projects, while also providing health and safety administrative support to ensure compliance with SHEQ requirements. The successful candidate will assist with documentation, audits, reporting, and close-out processes.POSITION INFO:Experience & QualificationsGrade 12 / MatricTertiary qualification in Quality Management or related field3–4 years’ experience in Quality, SHEQ, or administrative roles (construction experience advantageous)MS Office proficiency (Word, Excel, Outlook)Knowledge of OHS legislation and quality management principlesAbility to work independently, manage tasks, and meet deadlinesValid driver’s licenceKey ResponsibilitiesMaintain and update quality documentation, registers, and project recordsConduct internal audits, inspections, and track corrective actionsManage non-conformance reports and assist with root cause analysisSupport SHEQ reporting, incident reporting, and compliance monitoringAssist with occupational health and safety administrative processesTrack medical fitness certificates and compliance recordsAssist with external audits and legal compliance registersProvide general administrative support to SHEQ and quality teamsSkills & AttributesKnowledge of ISO 9001, 45001, and 14001 systems (advantageous)Internal auditing and report writing skillsStrong organisational and communication skillsDetail-oriented, proactive, and able to work under pressureProfessional and team-oriented
