QStaffers is currently hiring a Quality and Training Manager for one of our partners, a leader in the retail Motor Vehicles field.Job Summary:The Training & Quality Manager plays a big part in shaping how our teams deliver outstanding experiences to every customer. focus on developing upskilling programs, refining our quality standards, and making sure every team member has the tools and confidence to perform at their best. Your work will help create a culture of growth, accountability, and continuous improvement across the floor.Responsibilities:Oversee quality standards across the customer-facing teams, ensuring every interaction reflects the company's values and commitment to excellence.Design and deliver upskilling programs that strengthen performance and build long-term capabilities.Create engaging training sessions that address real challenges and drive measurable improvement.Coach and support employees to help them perform at their best and grow within their roles.Partner with operations to identify gaps, recommend improvements, and ensure alignment between training and business goals.Track performance metrics and share insights that support both team and customer success.Requirements:5+ years of experience in training and quality, including 3 years in a managerial role.You’re passionate about developing people and helping teams reach their full potential through effective coaching and upskilling.You’re skilled at turning feedback and performance data into meaningful learning opportunities.You’re a clear communicator who connects easily with different audiences.You’re organized, proactive, and thrive in fast-moving, dynamic environments
