Job DescriptionWho are we looking for? The role purpose is to provide proactive support to the Quality function in Americas, completing tasks as required. Join us in office, three days a week to contribute, connect and excel in our vibrant environment.Working with an energetic and high performing team, this position offers a variety of work and will see you involved in:Respond to basic QMS inquiries and provide general guidance on QMS policies and procedures to employees/Quality team members across the Enterprise/BusinessMonitor compliance within internal tools, systems, processes and workflowsMaintain accurate and up-to-date QMS records and documentationRun and analyze various compliance reports for Quality TeamConduct and support auditing of project teams and recordsWork in a support team that provides outputs to the Americas Eco-Region in various time zonesLiaise and support the Quality Team Leader and Quality Leader - Americas with ad hoc requests as requiredApply transactional outputs for business needs/requestsProvide feedback on the design and operation of the tools, systems, processes and workflows embedded in the QMS and their appropriateness to meet the information requirements of the businessPerforms administration functions, and analysis, and identify and respond to QMS and overall business compliance issuesRespond to organization changesSupporting execution of Americas Quality business planAnalyze data to identify business problems and provide solutionsAssist with the development of Quality business policies and proceduresWhat You Will Bring To The TeamPost-secondary education in science or engineering, or 3-5 years experience in similar workAbility to understand business processes and enterprise dataGood understanding of traditional and latest concepts, and ability to lean new technologies quicklyStrong communication skills demonstrated ability to communicate and explain regulations, policies, processes, and guidelines. Solid English communication skills (mandatory)Ability to break down information and explain it in an easy-to-understand manner Good documentation skills to cover functional and technical aspectsStrong analysis and problem-solving skillsStrong desire and ability to self-learn, upskill and continuously improveProactive and collaborative communication styleTeam player, resilient, inclusive and supportiveWell organized, attention to detail, results drivenKnowledge in data and/or enterprise systems, or solid experience in these areasKnowledge of PowerBi, BST, GRC, and SharePoint systems is favorable.Please submit English version of you resume
