Quality Assurance AnalystSydneyThe RoleWe are seeking a motivated professional to join a small, collaborative Quality Assurance team within a growing financial services organisation. In this role, you’ll develop a strong understanding of the end-to-end lending process across multiple business areas. You will be responsible for ensuring key operational processes are clearly documented, controls are tested regularly, and activities align with internal risk frameworks and regulatory requirements.This position will suit someone who thrives on detail, understands the importance of compliance and operational integrity, and enjoys working across teams to promote a culture of quality and accountability.Key ResponsibilitiesBuild effective working relationships with key stakeholders across various business units.Partner closely with Risk, Compliance, and Internal Audit teams to support the assurance framework.Maintain high standards of service and communication with internal stakeholders.Review, document, and update procedures and policies to ensure they remain current and accurate.Conduct periodic testing of controls and processes to confirm adherence to operational standards.Coordinate training sessions to support process awareness and quality outcomes across teams.Prepare management reports highlighting quality issues, process deviations, and operational risk events.What You Will BringAround three years of experience in Quality Assurance, Operational Risk, or a similar function within financial services.A solid understanding of lending operations and experience documenting end-to-end processes across different business areas.Strong collaboration skills and the ability to engage effectively with senior stakeholders.Excellent communication and relationship management capabilities.Proven experience in testing and evaluating business processes in line with Quality Assurance methodologies.
