Education And Work ExperienceHigher education (University degree or higher) in Standardization, certification and metrology area and not less than 6 years of work experience as per speciality.Main FunctionsDeveloping, managing, leading and implementing the Project PED QA and QC Audit Programme described in the QMS, for both Internal Project Audits, and External Audits of Contractors and Suppliers, to determine and assure their compliance with the Project QMS requirements.Setting up and implementing the Quality Management Processes for PED. Verifying the adequacy of the QMS, and monitoring and audit that the work carried out for, and on behalf of, PED is in accordance with suitable and approved quality management systems.Planning and organizing the activities, manage Quality Assurance and Quality Control personnel to perform the function within the Project Management Team.Lead excellent QA and QC Audit performance PED. Develop, manage, lead and implement the PED QA/QC Audit and Review Programme described in the QMS, for both Internal Project Audits, and External Audits of Contractors and Suppliers, to determine and assure their compliance with the PED QMS requirements.Review of Contractor and Supplier, Audits, Performance and Competence. Monitor and report on raising NCR’s and CAR’s and their subsequent closure; Interface with the quality functions across PED, KPO Operations etc.Prepare and distribute the relevant QA and QC Audit documentation, (e.g. Audit Agenda, Check Lists, Audit Reports, Corrective Action Requests).Maintain and update the Project QA and QC Database, both electronic and hard copy versions as required, including Audit Programme, Schedule, and Logs.Monitor progress made on closing out Corrective Action Requests, and make suggestions for expediting the resolution of outstanding actions.Evaluate the QA and QC Audit Results to identify common trends and areas of concern, and make proposals to the QA and QC Manager for improvement of Quality Management Systems.Set up and implement the Quality Management Processes for the Project PED, including relevant Strategy and Plan, according to the Quality Plan established for Define stage. Verify the adequacy of the QMS, and monitor and audit that the work carried out for, and on behalf of, the Project is in accordance with suitable and approved quality management systems.Review and comment on the Contractor, and Supplier, QMS Process documents, and well as Project internal documents, as required by the Project.Plan and organize activities, and manage the Quality Assurance and Quality Control personnel to perform the function within the Project Management Team.Ensure that the requirements of the PED Quality System are maintained. Provide a focal point for external audits of PED.Champion the Lessons Learned and Continuous Improvement Programme. Support the Value Assurance Programme and assist with its facilitation.Ensure that safe practice is adhered to at all times, in addition to any specific accountabilities for HSE, all Contractors are accountable for HSE within their area of the Business and are responsible for ensuring that their team (if applicable) adopt exemplary HSE behaviours.Ensure all tasks are achieved within allocated project plan milestones, or time lines given, to an acceptable level of quality.Interact and positively influence personnel at all levels of Project Management (KPO and Contractor) and key members of the project execution delivery workforce in relation to awareness and achievement of QA and QC objectives and requirements.Necessary Knowledge And SkillsIntermediate (B1) English level is an advantage on this role.Working knowledge of ISO 9001,14001 and OHSAS 18001.Lead auditing of Management Systems.Petroleum industry materials and equipment, including the processes used for their design, fabrication, installation, and inspection.ISO 9000 family of standards for quality management systems.RoK Laws, Regulatory and Authority main principles and requirements for Labour Protection, Industrial Hazard & Safety, and Environmental Protection.Company specifications, technical procedures, policies, and standards.International Codes & Standards used in the petroleum industry (e.g. ASME, API, ASTM, NACE, ISO).Local Codes & Standards used in the petroleum industry (e.g. SNiP, GOST);Business management principles;Managing and leading internal and external audits.Good interpersonal skills with a flair for building internal and external networks at all organizational levels.Target orientated and self motivated - able to work under minimum supervision.Able to deliver presentations at a range of organizational levels.A systematic and organised approach to work.Demonstrated ability to manage multiple simultaneous tasks.Ability to communicate effectively, both verbally and in written form.Demonstrated computer literacy with particular emphasis on Microsoft Office Suite of programs.To apply for
