Quality Assurance Compliance Specialist

Join our team and drive quality excellence in NDIS service delivery! We're seeking a dedicated Quality and Compliance Officer to champion compliance with NDIS Practice Standards while making a real difference in participants' lives (Part-time - 0.8 FTE [30.4 hours per week]).Your RoleLead Quality & Compliance:Develop and implement Policy Framework across the organisation.Ensure all policies align with NDIS Quality and Safeguards requirements.Create internal audit tools and deliver staff training programs.Manage Documentation & Reporting:Maintain participant documentation (recovery plans, progress notes, service agreements).Update participant monitoring forms (BGL charts, ABC charts, fluid charts, etc.)Use PRODA, and ACTRIDS for incident reporting and case note approvals.Review and report restrictive practices in line with legislative requirements.Drive Continuous Improvement:Conduct regular policy reviews and updates.Maintain accurate SharePoint documentation for stakeholder access.Attend stakeholder meetings and training sessions.What You NeedEssential:Strong understanding of NDIS Quality and Safeguards compliance requirements.Experience with policy development and compliance frameworks.Proficiency in PRODA, ACTRIDS, and PRIMS (or willingness to learn).Excellent documentation and communication skills.Knowledge of restrictive practice regulations.Desirable:Previous disability services or healthcare compliance experience.SharePoint and data management experience.Why work at Wellcare?Make Real Impact: Directly improve NDIS participant outcomesProfessional Growth: Comprehensive training and developmentSupportive Team: Work with passionate professionalsCompetitive Package: Attractive salary and benefitsApply NowReady to lead quality excellence in NDIS services?Submit your resume and cover letter demonstrating your passion for compliance and quality care.
