Quality Assurance / Control Inspector

We are seeking a meticulous and dedicated Quality Assurance / Control Inspector to join our team. You will play a key role in upholding our ISO-certified standards and ensuring the quality of aluminium window and door installations across various projects.Responsibilities Report directly to the Head of Projects and Management Team and support the implementation of the Quality Assurance and Control Programme. Assist in maintaining ISO certification through regular updates, internal audits, and surveillance audits by PSB auditors. Plan and forecast inspections for on-site installation works in alignment with project schedules. Inspect and document installation quality of aluminium windows and doors, ensuring compliance with approved drawings and workmanship standards:Frames: Alignment, leveling, and correct assemblyGrouting: Proper mixture, compactness, and absence of defectsWaterproofing: Accurate application and sealingPre-glazing: Weather seal silicone sealing of joints Conduct inspections of Performance Mock-Up test specimens in labs or on-site. Ensure rectifications meet CONQUAS and Green Mark standards prior to inspections by main contractors or developers. Handle all quality-related correspondence and maintain documentation per ISO9000-2000 Quality Manual. Perform periodic appraisals of subcontractors (installation and glazing) and provide feedback to management. Understand and enforce safety requirements on-site. Willing to work beyond normal hours, including weekends and public holidays, as required by project demands.Requirements Minimum 2 years of experience in QA/QC roles within the construction or manufacturing industry. Familiarity with aluminium window and door design and fabrication. Working knowledge of ISO standards, particularly ISO9000-2000. Strong attention to detail and documentation skills. Ability to work independently and communicate effectively with internal teams and external stakeholders.
