Quality Assurance Officer (Executive)

ResponsibilitiesEnsure all food products are produced in compliance with food safety standards, regulatory requirements, and company policiesOversee the entire quality assurance processesConduct regular internal audits for the organization, manage external inspections and liaise with regulatory agencies for annual auditsAd-hoc duties with production and operations on a daily basis, e.g. maintenance and pest controlCollaborate with cross-functional teams and assist with new R&D product projectsRequirementsCandidate must possess at least a Diploma / Bachelor's degree in Food Science, Food Technology or equivalentAt least 1 Year of working experience in the Food Manufacturing/Baking is required for this positionExperience in Bakery, Food R&D, Frozen Dough and Pastries will be preferredProficient with Microsoft Office and able to communicate in English. Mandarin is also preferred in order to liaise with & Mandarin speaking associates from Export MarketsPrior experience with FSSC Certification process will be preferred
