Quality Assurance Manager

At Destination Workplace, our mission is to help great people find great opportunities.We partner with leading organizations that value innovation, growth, and people – because we believe that every successful business starts with the right team.Our client is a rapidly expanding and forward-thinking company specializing in the development and production of Private Label protein bars.In connection with the expansion of their production capabilities, we are now seeking a motivated and experienced professional to join their leadership team as a: Quality ManagerMain Responsibilities:• Oversee and continuously improve the company’s Quality and Food Safety Management Systems;• Ensure that all products, documentation, and labeling meet national and international regulatory requirements;• Manage and mentor the quality assurance team, providing training and professional development;• Monitor product quality across all stages of production and maintain full traceability;• Coordinate certification and audit processes (HACCP, ISO 22000, FSSC 22000, IFS, HALAL, etc.);• Participate in new product launches and process optimization initiatives;• Establish and maintain clear quality policies and control procedures to ensure ongoing compliance and improvement.Requirements:• Degree in Food Technology, Food Industry, or a related discipline;• Minimum of 5 years of professional experience in a production company, with at least 3 years in a managerial role within Quality Assurance;• Excellent understanding of HACCP, GMP, and ISO 22000 / FSSC 22000 standards;• Confident computer user (MS Office, ERP systems);• Fluency in English – at least B2 level;• Responsible, self-driven, and able to work effectively under pressure.A strong advantage would be:• Previous involvement in international certification and audit programs;• Experience in food production or FMCG manufacturing;• Interest in innovation and process improvement initiatives.What the company offers:• A key role in a growing, modern, and people-oriented organization;• Opportunities for professional growth and active participation in strategic development projects;• Additional health insurance (with an option to include family members);• Monthly food vouchers – 200 BGN;We would like to thank all applicants.
