Key responsibilities include:Reviewing documentation for completeness, accuracy and data integrityPartnering with sourcing and operations to implement supplier quality requirementsMaintaining and improving our Quality Management System into a best-in-class frameworkLeading CAPA, change control and non-conformance processesMeasuring the success of quality initiatives and driving continuous improvementGuiding teams with expert advice on quality culture and best practicesDelivering engaging training sessions on quality processes and mindsetProviding expert guidance on validation strategy, scope and executionWhat You BringWe're looking for someone who's not just qualified - but driven, detail-oriented and ready to make a difference.Minimum three years' experience in medical devices, pharma or a similarly regulated industryProven success in a Quality Assurance roleStrong organisational and administrative skillsClear, confident communicator - written and verbalAbility to meet deadlines, agile with prioritiesSelf-motivated and collaborative.
