Your role includes overseeing improvement action plans, supporting management on critical mandates and audits, and ensuring compliance with legal, security, and regulatory standards. This position empowers you to shape quality strategy, influence major decisions, and make a lasting impact on both business performance and customer satisfaction.ResponsibilitiesTracks and analyzes performance, providing feedback and recommendations on methods to improve qualityDrives quality assurance improvement plans and uses in-depth knowledge of best practices to implement improvements, facilitating continuous improvements by assessing process and product measuresOversees, participates in the design, development, and execution of and ensures data-related work is performed according to company policies and proceduresDevelops training curriculum and educates all levels of the organization in process and performance improvement methods and toolsProvides support to strategy and policy development and ensures delivery within area of responsibilityIdentifies opportunities for process enhancements across the organization and participates in process improvement initiativesEvaluates best practices of data gathering, record maintenance and documentation within the industry, identifies compliance risks and implements risk mitigation to enable innovative solutionsAnalyzes business processes, identifies alternative solutions to replace outdated processes and assesses their feasibilityA material job duty of all positions within the Company is ensuring the protection of all its physical, financial and cybersecurity assets, and properly accessing and managing private customer data, proprietary information, confidential medical records, and other types of highly sensitive information and data with the highest standards of conduct and integrity.Minimum QualificationsSeven or more years of experience with advanced data analytics, reporting and developing process improvement opportunities to ensure quality of processes.Preferred QualificationsProven experience leading high-visibility quality assurance initiatives and driving impactful outcomes.Strong critical thinking skills and ability to excel in fast-paced, collaborative environments.Additional InformationThis position’s work mode is hybrid. The employee will report to an SCE facility for a set number of days with the option to work remotely on the remaining days.  Unless otherwise noted, employees are required to work and reside in the state of California.  Further details of this work mode will be discussed at the interview stage.
