Quality Assurance Quality Control Engineer

Location: Maldives Job Type: Full-Time Industry: Mixed-Use Buildings | Residential | Airports | Hospitality | Villas | ResortsWe are looking for a highly skilled and detail-oriented QA/QC Engineer with more than 5 years of experience across diverse construction project types, including mixed building developments, residential projects, airport works, hospitality projects, villas, and resort developments.Key ResponsibilitiesDevelop, implement, and maintain project quality plans, procedures, and inspection test plans (ITPs).Conduct regular quality inspections at all stages of construction to ensure compliance with project specifications, standards, and codes.Coordinate with site engineers, contractors, and subcontractors to resolve quality-related issues.Prepare and maintain QA/QC documentation, reports, NCRs, corrective actions, and quality audits.Monitor material compliance, perform testing verification, and manage third-party inspections.Ensure adherence to safety and environmental requirements during QA/QC processes.Support project teams in achieving high-quality deliverables within timelines.RequirementsBachelor’s Degree/Diploma in Civil Engineering or related field.Minimum 5 years of relevant experience in QA/QC roles within the construction sector.Strong exposure to mixed development, residential, airport, hospitality, villa, and resort projects (experience in island/resort projects is an added advantage).Solid understanding of international construction standards and quality control procedures.Excellent documentation, reporting, and communication skills.Ability to work in fast-paced, multicultural environments.Willingness to relocate and work in the Maldives.How to ApplyInterested candidates are requested to share their updated profiles, along with the following details:Expected SalaryAvailability / Readiness to JoinPlease send your CV to Fazzilet.Ahamed@aima.com.mv
