I’m inviting you to step into the role of QA Rep—the critical position that will review every potential infraction call, every high priority sale, every refunded call, create precise Quality Infractions, send the exact corrective training needed, and ensure reps complete it.Here’s the Plan: Step Into High-Impact Risk Protection You’ll own Potential Infraction Calls, High-Risk Call Reviews (sales over specific dollar amounts), and Refunded Call Reviews. You’ll create Quality Infractions and make sure every rep completes the assigned training so issues never repeat.Master the Art of Total Compliance You’ll become the guardian who helps our entire team achieve complete script adherence without variation. Daily, you’ll play a direct role in helping management reach KPI Benchmarks and lead the charge to completely eliminate all compliance infraction risk from Tribe.Earn While You Protect This is a paid hourly role starting at $6/hr + with clear growth as we scale the Quality Department.
