Job Description

This is a full-time Quality Specialist role based in Maadi, Egypt, at Xceed.The Quality Specialist will be responsible for monitoring and evaluating inbound, outbound, and back-office services to ensure compliance with quality standards. Daily tasks include conducting quality assessments, providing feedback to agents, and analyzing performance data to drive continuous improvement.Qualifications: GSM (Mobile knowledge) and Experience are a must.Experience in telecommunications companies is a must.((Vodafone – Orange – EX WE- Etisalat Misr- Etisalat UAE – DU -AT&T - Verizon - etc)Strong analytical and problem-solving abilitiesAttention to detail and accuracy in workExcellent communication and interpersonal skillsExperience in call center quality assurance is a MustKnowledge of COPC and quality standardsFluency in English is required.
