• 负责电商平台运营相关的质量监控、问题分析与改善报告 • 对日常系统及流程进行数据抽样、验证与测试 • 跟进用户反馈及内部问题单,推动问题闭环 • 协助建立标准操作流程(SOP)及改进文档 • 与日本及韩国总部团队合作,定期提交质量分析报告
