Are you professionally driven about quality assurance and ready to take on a specialist role within materials and nutra/Nicotine Containing Products (NCP) operations?We are looking for a dedicated Specialist to join our Quality Unit (QU) team, where you will play a key role in ensuring compliance, supporting audits, and driving quality-related project activities.About the RoleAs a Specialist in QU Materials & Non-Pharma Operations, you will be responsible for drafting and approving quality documentation related to raw materials, packaging, and finished goods within nutra, Nicotine Containing Products (NCP) & Smooke Free Products (SFP). You will support category projects and contribute to audit activities across suppliers and external manufacturing partners (CMO/CPO).Key Responsibilities:• Draft and approve quality documents related to raw materials, packaging, and finished goods.• Support project activities and deliverables within assigned categories.• Act as lead auditor and support internal audits, supplier audits, and CMO/CPO audits• Contribute to ongoing optimization of Fertin project model and daily workflows.• Act as backup for QA specialists in the department during absence/peak periods.• Conduct training activities in accordance with the training matrix.In relation to audits, you should expect approximately 10-20 travel days per year.Qualifications:• Master's degree in pharmacy, Chemistry, Biomedicine, or a related field.• Solid experience with GMP and relevant regulatory guidelines.• Strong communication skills – able to communicate clearly, convincingly, and respectfully.• Proficient in tailoring communication to different audiences, with high fluency in English.About UsFertin Pharma partners with leading global and regional brands to create innovative nutraceutical and pharmaceutical solutions for modern lifestyles.
