Job Summary and MissionThis position will be responsible for all brand quality system. It shall contribute to the brand’s success by providing dedicated technical knowledge to ensure food safety & quality compliance throughout the product’s supply chain in day-to-day operation as well as seeking the initiative for quality improvement.Key ResponsibilitiesMaintaining brand quality at stores by conducting store audit using brand or company’s in-house standard checklist (up country travelling required)Plan and conduct an effective audit at stores by utilizing the brand’s checklistPlan and conduct the quality sampling of products by either test kit or 3rd laboratoryCreating constructive audit reports to related parties or cross functionsRaise up and lead to related parties to have an effective solution proactivelyManage the 3rd party auditors to make sure the alignment of the standardQuality improvement initiative and projectsAnalyze the overall result and be able to provide advice for preventionEstablish the quality procedures to improve the overall qualityConduct an experiment or testing to approve the new equipment, smallware or chemicalsHandling product complaint or product quality defectMonitoring product complaint or product defect reported by stores or customerReacting to all complaints appropriately to seek the root cause and having corrective/preventive actionLiaison with the Regional Office on specific complaints and seeks appropriate actionsMaintaining supplier’s quality at local suppliers and warehouse & transportation by conducting quality audit at supplierSchedule an audit plan and conduct an effective audit at suppliers or warehouseCreating constructive feedback and setting up corrective / preventive action appropriatelySeeking the opportunities of improvementDealing with authority in regulatory affair e.g. TH-FDAExecute the registration process until completion to ensure all imported items are timely importedQualificationsBachelor's degree in Food Science and Technology or equivalent field of sciencesAt least 5 years of working experience in roll of food quality assurance or production either in industrial or retailHaving direct regulatory affair experience with TH-FDA or related agents is a plusGood command of English communication – speaking and writingGood computer knowledgeGood interpersonal skill and relationshipRequired Knowledge, Skill and AbilitiesHaving a Food safety & Quality mindsetHaving grounds of technical knowledgesHaving analytical skill and troubleshootHaving systematic approachCapable to convince for operational manner changesCapable to deal with ambiguityGood project managementCreative and innovativeSelf-motivated and work independentlyWilling to travel up-country
