Job descriptionWe are seeking a detail-oriented and experienced QA Supervisor to oversee daily quality assurance operations. This role is responsible for supervising QA staff, ensuring compliance with internal standards and regulatory requirements, and driving continuous improvement in product quality and processes. Lead and support the QA team in daily operations.Monitor product quality and ensure adherence to SOPs and regulatory standards.Conduct audits, root cause analyses, and implement corrective actions.Collaborate with production, R&D, and other departments to resolve quality issues.Train and mentor QA staff.Qualifications:Minimum of 1 year of experience in QA Supervisory role, preferably in a BPO setting.Proven leadership or supervisory experience.Strong knowledge of quality systems, GMP, and relevant regulations.Excellent communication and problem-solving skills.
