Role Description This is a full-time, on-site position located in Nasr City for a Quality Assurance Supervisor in the BPO industry. The role involves overseeing quality assurance processes, developing and implementing quality management strategies, monitoring compliance, and ensuring consistent service excellence. The supervisor will lead a team of quality analysts, conduct data-driven evaluations, provide actionable feedback, and collaborate with stakeholders to ensure adherence to standards and continuous improvement within the organization. Qualifications Proven expertise in Quality Assurance, Quality Control, and Quality ManagementStrong Analytical Skills for identifying trends, evaluating performance, and implementing process improvementsKnowledge of Food Science principles is a plusExcellent team leadership, communication, and organizational skillsProficiency in data analysis tools and quality management softwareRelevant experience in the BPO industry is strongly preferredBachelor’s degree in a related field is requiredAbility to work efficiently in a fast-paced, on-site environment
