Role Description This is a full-time, on-site role based in Cairo for a Senior Quality and Training Specialist - Offshore. The role involves developing and implementing quality assurance processes, conducting quality audits, and maintaining quality control. The Specialist will also be responsible for analyzing operational data, providing actionable recommendations, and supporting team members with training programs to enhance performance and ensure industry standards are met. Qualifications Proven experience with Quality Control, Quality Auditing, and Quality Assurance processesStrong Analytical Skills to evaluate performance metrics and recommend improvementsExcellent Communication skills for clear feedback delivery and training facilitationFamiliarity with industry standards, tools, and best practices in quality managementProficiency in developing and delivering training programsAbility to work collaboratively in a fast-paced, dynamic environmentBachelor's degree in Business Administration, Quality Management, or a related field is preferredFluent in english (B2+)
