Quality Assurance Supervisor

Responsible for ensuring quality standards for the application system that has been completed by the application development department by preparing test scripts, conducting testing, and also reporting the results of testing; ensuring that the application system has been developed in accordance with the design outlined in the Business Requirement Document (BRD), system performance, data accuracy and integrity, data consistency, and data security.Job Description:Performing tasks and functions that include:Responsible for understanding the Business Requirement Document (BRD) and Solution Design.Responsible for preparing test scenarios/scripts.Responsible for developing test plans, documentation, and also test result reports.Responsible for the quality and functionality of the application system in accordance with BRD and Solution Design.Responsible for conducting root cause analysis of system errors to provide more accurate information in the troubleshooting process.Qualification:Bachelor's Degree in Information Technology/Computer Science, GPA min 3.00Minimum 4 years of working experience as a Quality AssuranceGeneral SkillsPossesses good leadership skills.Have analytical skills for decision-making.Demonstrate commitment to achieving results.Possess good oral and written communication skills.Have excellent interpersonal skills and negotiation abilities.Exhibit analytical skills to identify problems from strategic, business, and system perspectives in solving issues.Be open-minded, critical, dynamic, and proactive.Specific SkillsProficient in Project Management principles.Understanding of the Software Development Life Cycle (SDLC) concept.
