Role Description This is a full-time on-site role for a Quality Assurance Supervisor, located in Montreal, QC. The Quality Assurance Supervisor will oversee quality control operations, ensure adherence to industry standards, and manage quality assurance protocols across the production process. Day-to-day tasks include analyzing processes for improvement, monitoring food safety standards, and supervising quality assurance staff. The role also involves collaborating with other departments to maintain compliance and drive consistent improvements in quality. Qualifications Strong skills in Quality Control, Quality Management, and Quality AssuranceProficiency in Analytical Skills and the ability to evaluate data to support quality improvementsKnowledge or experience in Food Science, particularly in food safety and production processesExcellent organizational and leadership abilities to supervise and guide teams effectivelyStrong attention to detail, problem-solving skills, and the ability to maintain compliance with industry regulationsBachelor's degree in Food Science, Quality Management, or a related field is preferredPrevious experience in the food or hospitality industry is an asset
