Quality Compliance Manager (26 Hours per week)

A unique opportunity is now available to work for a leading bonded facility in Drogheda. The position is onsite and will involve working 26 hours per week. 8am to 2pm Monday to FridayYou will be responsible for Quality Management System .Introduction QMS, Internal Audit system which should be fully compliant to ISO / BRC / KOSHER in 2026-2027.Monitoring of factory cleaning and housekeeping and hygiene standards through first hand auditing on the factory floor, analysis of Audit Reports and development of action strategies.All DAFM label approvalsRevenue compliance, month end reportsOnboarding new customers ensuring all correct compliance documents are place.Setup of all technical specifications .Corrective action and control of non-conforming ProductsProviding technical guidance, training and support to other departments.Management of line Technical Staff, to include recruitment and selection, training and development, performance monitoring, counselling and disciplining.Product / process / environmental improvements to meet Customer and legislative requirements and progress against internal KPIsDaily reporting for the operation teamTo ensure all product specifications are fully completed and been adhered toDevelop a training induction, training plan .Spirits industry background would be desired
