On behalf of a leading electronics manufacturing company based in Cairo, Egypt, we are seeking a highly skilled and detail-oriented Senior Quality Control Engineer to ensure production excellence and maintain the highest standards of product quality. This is a full-time on-site role offering a dynamic work environment within a growing industrial leader.About the RoleAs a Senior Quality Control Engineer, you will be responsible for overseeing the quality control process across all stages of electronic product manufacturing. You will lead inspections, testing, and continuous improvement initiatives to ensure compliance with industry standards and customer requirements. This role is ideal for a hands-on engineer with strong analytical skills and a passion for precision and process optimization.Key ResponsibilitiesSupervise and execute quality control procedures throughout the manufacturing process to ensure compliance with specifications and standards.Conduct inspections and tests on raw materials, components, and finished products.Identify root causes of quality issues and drive corrective and preventive action plans (CAPA).Lead continuous improvement initiatives focused on reducing defects and enhancing efficiency.Collaborate with production, design, and procurement teams to maintain consistent quality performance.Prepare and maintain detailed quality documentation, reports, and performance metrics.Support internal and external audits, ensuring adherence to ISO and customer-specific requirements.Mentor junior quality engineers and technicians, promoting a culture of quality and accountability.QualificationsBachelor’s degree in Electrical Engineering, Electronics, Industrial Engineering, or a related field.Minimum 5–7 years of experience in quality control within the electronics or manufacturing industry.Strong knowledge of quality standards and methodologies (ISO 9001, Six Sigma, Lean Manufacturing, etc.).Hands-on experience with inspection tools, measurement systems, and testing procedures.Excellent analytical, documentation, and problem-solving skills.Proficiency in Microsoft Office and quality management software.Strong communication and leadership abilities, with a detail-oriented mindset.Fluency in English and Arabic is required.What’s OfferedFull-time on-site position in Cairo, Egypt.Opportunity to join a leading electronics manufacturer with a strong focus on innovation and quality.Competitive salary and benefits package.Collaborative and performance-driven work environment.Continuous professional development and career growth opportunities.Apply NowIf you are a quality-driven professional with a passion for precision, leadership, and process improvement, we invite you to apply and help shape the next generation of high-quality electronic products.
