Quality Control Manager "Steel Fabrication"

Job descriptionKey Responsibilities:Lead and oversee the Quality Control department for sheet metal forming.Develop, implement, and maintain quality control processes and inspection standards.Supervise QC inspectors and ensure adherence to established procedures.Monitor production quality at all stages, from raw materials to finished products.Conduct root cause analysis and implement corrective and preventive actions.Ensure compliance with ISO and other relevant quality standards.Prepare and present quality reports to management.Coordinate with production, engineering, and procurement teams to resolve quality issues.Requirements:Bachelor’s degree in Mechanical Engineering, Industrial Engineering, or related field.Minimum 10 years’ experience in quality control within sheet metal manufacturing.Strong knowledge of metal fabrication processes (cutting, bending, welding, surface finishing, etc.).Familiarity with ISO 9001 standards and quality management systems.Excellent leadership, problem-solving, and communication skills.Proficient in using measurement tools and QC software.
