Key Requirements:• 2 to 4 years of hands-on experience in technical support for home appliances• Strong diagnostic and repair skills for major household products• engineering degree (Electrical / Mechanical / Electronics)• Good communication and customer skills• Willingness to work in field service and visit customer locations when needed________________________________________ Core Responsibilities:• Provide technical support and troubleshooting for home appliances• Manage spare parts and technical reporting• Enhance customer satisfaction and service KPIs• Coordinate with service and sales teams to ensure service quality• Participate in regular technical training and skill upgrades
