In this role, you will be responsible for ensuring the highest quality standards across all company products, with a particular focus on live casino offerings. You will perform live assessments, monitor technical aspects, and ensure that all quality control procedures are strictly followed.Responsibilities:Product Quality Assessment: Conduct live assessments of all company products, ensuring adherence to quality standards.Performance Reviews: Evaluate the performance of dealers and presenters to ensure they meet the company’s quality standards.Issue Reporting: Identify and report any discrepancies or deviations from approved quality standards to the appropriate teams.Technical Monitoring: Ensure the live studio equipment is functioning flawlessly through regular technical checks.Quality Procedures Compliance: Follow and enforce all Quality Control Department policies and procedures for live casino products.Live Monitoring: Continuously monitor live products to ensure quality standards are consistently met.Candidate Requirements:Experience with Live Casino Technology: Familiarity with the specific technology and equipment used in live casino environments.Education: Minimum High School DiplomaKnowledge of Industry Regulations: Awareness of industry regulations and standards related to live casino operations.Attention to Detail: High level of accuracy and problem-solving abilities, with a focus on quality.Technical Skills: PC literate with advanced knowledge of Microsoft 365 and other relevant software.Communication Skills: Strong interpersonal and communication skills, both verbal and written.Language: Proficient in English and Turkish, excellent written and verbal communication.Work in Shifts: Willingness to work in 3 shifts.Nice to have:Time Management: Strong time management skills, with the ability to produce quality work both independently and as part of a team.Adaptability: Ability to thrive in a fast-paced environment and adapt to changing circumstances.What we offer in exchange:Competitive salary.Special referral campaigns up to €2.000,00 NET referral bonus.Private health insurance from day one.FitPass membership for sports activities and discounts at popular brands after 3 months.An exceptional studio space in a modern office building in New Belgrade.International work environment.Opportunities for advancement to higher positions in online casino.Grow with ARRISE | Learning Hub - personalized learning, gamified growth, and endless career development at your fingertipsReady to Elevate Your Career?
