You will be responsible for analyzing warehouse operation data to identify areas of poor quality, ensuring compliance with internal standards, and helping drive continuous improvement in warehouse performance.Key ResponsibilitiesMonitor and analyze warehouse operation data to detect trends, anomalies, and quality issues.Identify points of failure or inefficiency in the warehouse processes and propose corrective actions.Collaborate with warehouse teams to implement quality improvement initiatives and best practices.Conduct periodic audits to ensure compliance with JD Logistics’ quality standards and SOPs.Prepare regular quality reports and dashboards for internal stakeholders.Support training and development programs to promote quality awareness among warehouse staff.Follow up on quality-related incidents, ensuring thorough investigation and resolution.QualificationsBachelor’s degree in Logistics, Supply Chain Management, Industrial Engineering, or a related field.Experience in warehouse operations or quality control is preferred.Strong analytical skills and familiarity with data monitoring tools (Excel, SQL, Power BI, etc.).Excellent problem-solving abilities and attention to detail.Effective communication skills and the ability to work in cross-functional teams.Ability to work in a fast-paced, dynamic environment.Fluency in English and Chinese, written and spoken.Ability to work on-site in Chlebnia.
